PC § 1202.1

Nonflammable medical and nonmedical gas systems shall be designed and installed in accordance with NFPA 99. Exceptions: 1. This section shall not apply to portable systems or cylinder storage.

2.Vacuum system exhaust terminations shall comply with the New York City Mechanical Code.
