FC § 5806.2

Flammable gases containing ethylene oxide used for sterilization purposes shall be stored, handled and used in compliance with the requirements of this chapter and FC Chapter 53. Ethylene oxide shall additionally be stored, handled and used in compliance with the requirements of NFPA 55.
