5706.4.7 Wharves.

FC § 5706.4.7

This section shall apply to all wharves, piers, bulkheads and other structures over or contiguous to navigable water having a primary function of transferring liquid cargo in bulk between shore installations and marine vessels and watercraft including barges, lighter boats or similar watercraft. Exception: Marine liquid motor fuel-dispensing facilities designed, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with FC Chapter 23.
