5705.3.8 Outdoor handling and use.

FC § 5705.3.8

Outdoor handling and use of flammable and combustible liquids, including the dispensing of such liquids, shall be in accordance with FC 5705.3.8.1 through 5705.3.8.3. Exception: Dispensing of liquids into motor vehicle fuel tanks at liquid motor fuel-dispensing facilities shall be in accordance with FC Chapter 23.
