5705.1 Scope.

FC § 5705.1

The handling and use of flammable and combustible liquids, including the dispensing and mixing of such liquids, shall be conducted in accordance with this chapter. Cargo tank and tank car loading and unloading and other special operations shall be conducted in accordance with FC 5706. Exception: Containers of organic coatings having no fire point and which are opened for pigmentation are not required to comply with the requirements of this section.
