FC § 5704.3.3

Storage of flammable and combustible liquids indoors in containers shall be in accordance with this section. Exceptions: 1. Liquids in the fuel tanks of motor vehicles, aircraft, marine vessel, watercraft or portable or stationary engines.

2.The storage of wines in wooden barrels or casks.
