Aboveground storage of combustible liquids in tanks shall comply with the requirements of FC 5704.2, and FC 5704.2.9.1.2 through 5704.2.9.6.9. Except as specifically authorized in FC 5706, the storage of flammable liquid in aboveground storage tanks is prohibited.
