5604.3.1 High explosives.

FC § 5604.3.1

Explosives classified as Division 1.1 or 1.2 shall be stored in a Type 1 or Type 2 magazine, or temporarily in a Type 3 magazine if such magazine is under personal supervision of an appropriate holder of a certificate of fitness. Exceptions: 1. Black powder shall be stored in a Type 1, 2, 3 or 4 magazine.

2.Cap-sensitive explosives that are demonstrated not to be bullet sensitive shall be stored in a Type 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 magazine.
