5603.8.1 High explosives.

FC § 5603.8.1

High explosives packaging shall be conspicuously marked with: 1. The manufacturer's name, brand name, date shift code, and classification code.

2.The words "HIGH EXPLOSIVES – DANGEROUS – HANDLE CAREFULLY" on the top.

3.The actual number of cartridges within the package, cartridge dimensions, the case weight and any storage instructions.

4.The department's ten-digit serial number code.
