5601.3.5 Sources of ignition.
FC § 5601.3.5
It shall be unlawful to smoke, light or maintain an open flame, or conduct hot work operations within 100 feet (30 480 mm) of any location: 1. Where explosives or fireworks are stored, handled, used or otherwise discharged.
2.Where any material, article or device of an explosive, flammable or combustible nature, including pyrotechnic materials, articles and devices and fireworks, 1.4G, used to create a special effect are stored, handled, used or otherwise discharged.
