5401.1 Scope.

FC § 5401.1

This chapter shall govern the storage, handling and use of corrosive materials. Exceptions: 1. Display and storage in Group M and storage in Group S occupancies complying with the requirements of FC 5003.11.

2.Stationary energy storage systems in accordance with FC 608.

3.Ammonia (R-717) when used as a refrigerant in a refrigerating system in accordance with FC 606.
