5307.6 Operational and Maintenance Requirements.

FC § 5307.6

Carbon dioxide beverage dispensing systems shall be operated and maintained in accordance with the standards set forth in FC 5307.3 and such other requirements as the department may prescribe by rule, including: 1. Warning signs.

2.Periodic inspections of the system.

3.User safety training.

4.Required notifications in the event of a carbon dioxide leak.

5.Filing of affidavit of carbon dioxide beverage dispensing system installation, alteration and repair, and carbon dioxide release.

6.Protected from physical damage.
