5307.1 Scope.

FC § 5307.1

The storage, handling and use in beverage dispensing systems of more than 100 pounds (874 SCF) of carbon dioxide, in low-pressure, liquefied form, shall be in accordance with this section. The storage, handling and use of carbon dioxide in other forms and for other purposes shall be regulated by other applicable provisions of this code and the rules.
