FC § 5007.9.2.2

Cargo tanks temporarily parked during working hours shall be parked at an approved off-street location not less than 250 feet (76 200 mm) from an occupied building. Cargo tanks shall be parked during nonworking hours on the grounds of a bulk plant or terminal, not less than 25 feet (7620 mm) from the nearest lot line; or at other approved location, not less than 50 feet (15 240 mm) from any building.
