5007.9.2.1 Restricted areas.

FC § 5007.9.2.1

It shall be unlawful to: 1. Leave a cargo tank unattended at any time on a public street, or any off-street location within 250 feet (76 200 mm) of an occupied building, or any other restricted location designated by the commissioner by rule or as a condition of a permit.

2.Park cargo tanks indoors.
