5007.9.2 Parking restrictions.

FC § 5007.9.2

Parking of cargo tanks shall be in accordance with FC 5007.9.2.1 and 5007.9.2.2, except that in the event of an accident, mechanical breakdown or other emergency, a cargo tank may be parked and left unattended at any safe location while the operator is obtaining assistance.
