5007.7.2 Supervision.

FC § 5007.7.2

Any powder-boat or other marine vessel or watercraft used to transport explosives upon the navigable waters within the city for delivery at a wharf, pier, bulkhead or other structure over or contiguous to navigable waters, or to a marine vessel or watercraft lying thereto, shall, while transporting explosives, have on board at all times two persons, each holding a certificate of fitness for explosives handling. Only such certificate holders, the permit holder and the marine vessel or watercraft's crew shall be allowed in or upon such vessel or watercraft. Whenever practicable, all explosives shall be stowed on deck under a waterproof cover or otherwise kept dry.
