FC § 5005.1.9

Indoor use areas, including dispensing areas, shall be provided with exhaust ventilation in accordance with Section 502.8 of the Mechanical Code. Exception: Ventilation is not required for flammable solids, unless they are in the form of finely divided particles or generate finely divided particles during use.
