Buildings, structures, rooms or areas used for the storage of liquid or solid hazardous materials shall be provided with spill control and secondary containment in accordance with FC 5004.2.1 through 5004.2.3. Exception: Outdoor storage of containers on approved containment pallets in accordance with FC 5004.2.3.
