5003.9.1.1 Fire department liaison.

FC § 5003.9.1.1

One or more responsible persons shall be designated to serve as a liaison to the department in connection with any emergency response to the premises, for purposes of providing access to the location where hazardous materials are stored on the premises, providing access to safety data sheets, and otherwise assisting in the development and implementation of emergency procedures. The names and telephone numbers of such responsible persons shall be included on the annual inventory required by New York State General Municipal Law Section 209-u and on a hazardous materials management plan when such plan is required. Telephone numbers shall include a 24-hour contact number for such responsible persons.
