5003.2.6 Maintenance.

FC § 5003.2.6

In addition to the requirements of FC 5003.2.3, all devices, equipment and systems used in conjunction with hazardous materials, including tanks, and detection and alarm systems, shall be maintained in good working order. Defective devices, equipment and systems shall be removed from service and repaired or replaced, or disposed of lawfully.
