FC § 5001.6

Facilities shall be placed permanently out of service in accordance with FC 5001.6.2 and 5001.6.3 and, as applicable, with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation regulations as set forth in 6 NYCRR Sections 598.10 and 613.
