401.5.4.2 Electronic filing of plans.

FC § 401.5.4.2

The following emergency preparedness plans and, when required, building information cards, building floor plans and other supporting documentation, shall be electronically filed with the department for review and approval in the manner prescribed by the department: 1. Comprehensive fire safety/emergency action (Level1) plans.

2.Fire and emergency preparedness (Level 2) plans, when filing is required by the code or rules or ordered by the department for enforcement purposes.
