401.11 Workplace exit inspections.

FC § 401.11

In addition to any other inspections that the department may conduct, the department shall inspect Group M occupancies to determine whether workplace exits are locked in violation of Section 1001.3.1 of the Building Code. A minimum of fifty unannounced inspections shall be conducted each year. Such inspections shall include, but not be limited to, premises at which violations of such section are known or suspected to have occurred.
