FC § 3604.5.3

Except when displayed for sale in sealed containers, flammable and combustible liquids shall be stored in liquid storage cabinets, liquid storage rooms or in approved underground storage systems. Such installations shall comply with the requirements of FC Chapters 23 and 57.
