3316.1 Conditions of use.

FC § 3316.1

Internal-combustion-powered construction equipment shall be used in accordance with the following requirements: 1. Equipment shall be located so that exhausts do not discharge against combustible material.

2.Exhausts shall be piped to the outdoors.

3.Equipment shall not be refueled while in operation.

4.Fuel for equipment shall be stored in an approved area.

5.Fuel for equipment shall be handled and used in approved containers with a capacity not greater than 5 gallons (19 L).
