FC § 3304.5

The commissioner may require, at a demolition site, and at other construction sites that are unusually hazardous in nature, that a fire watch be maintained by fire guards. The fire guards conducting such fire watch shall have the duties and responsibilities set forth in FC 901.7.2.1.
