3304.2 Waste disposal.

FC § 3304.2

Combustible waste, including rubbish and construction and demolition material, shall not be allowed to accumulate within buildings and shall be removed from a building at least once a day. Accumulations of combustible waste not stored in containers in accordance with FC 304.3 and in a manner that obstructs movement on the floor, or containing flammable or combustible liquid residues, shall be removed from a building at the end of each work shift. Combustible waste, including rubbish and construction and demolition material, shall be removed from the premises or stored in noncombustible containers.
