2310.1 General.

FC § 2310.1

The construction of marine liquid motor fuel-dispensing facilities shall be in accordance with the construction codes, including the Building Code, and NFPA 30A. The installation, inspection, testing, maintenance and operation of a liquid motor fuel storage and dispensing system at marine liquid motor fuel-dispensing facilities shall be in accordance with this chapter governing automotive liquid motor fuel-dispensing facilities, except that full-service marine liquid motor fuel-dispensing facilities do not require a fire extinguishing system for the dispensing area.
