Aboveground tanks shall be provided with diking in accordance with FC Chapter 57. Diking is not required for listed secondary containment tanks. The secondary containment systems shall be monitored either visually or automatically. Enclosed secondary containment systems shall be provided with emergency venting in accordance with FC 2306.6.2.5.
