Tanks shall be provided with an approved liquid level-indicating device. The quantity of fuel in the tank as indicated on the liquid level-indicating device shall be accessible to the delivery operator. Liquid level-indicating devices shall be designed, constructed and installed to be vapor- and liquid-tight.
