2302.1 Definitions.

FC § 2302.1

The following terms shall, for the purposes of this chapter and as used elsewhere in this code, have the meanings set forth in FC 202. ALCOHOL-BLENDED MOTOR FUEL. BIODIESEL. CERTIFIED ATTENDANT. CNG. DISPENSING DEVICE, OVERHEAD TYPE. FLAMMABLE LIQUID MOTOR FUEL. FLEET MOTOR FUEL-DISPENSING FACILITY. FULL-SERVICE MOTOR FUEL-DISPENSING FACILITY. LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS (LNG). LIQUID MOTOR FUEL. LIQUID MOTOR FUEL STORAGE AND DISPENSING SYSTEM. MOTOR VEHICLE. REPAIR GARAGE. SELF-SERVICE MOTOR FUEL-DISPENSING FACILITY.
