FC § 2006.17
It shall be unlawful to conduct aircraft-fueling operations indoors. Exception: In aircraft hangars designed in accordance with the Building Code for Group F-1 occupancies, aircraft fuel-transfer operations are allowed where: 1. Such operation is necessary to accomplish aircraft fuel-system maintenance operations. Such operations shall be performed in accordance with nationally recognized standards; or 2. The fuel being used has a flash point greater than 100°F (37.8°C).
