117.3.2 Late renewal of permits.

FC § 117.3.2

Fees for late permit renewal shall be in accordance with FC 117.3.2.1 and 117.3.2.2, except the commissioner may waive the payment of late filing fees or prior annual fees, or both, upon a determination that the late renewal was caused by circumstances beyond the control of the applicant.
