104.4 Identification.

FC § 104.4

When entering property pursuant to FC 104.3, officers and employees of the department shall identify themselves by exhibiting the badge or other official identification of the department; and other authorized representatives of the commissioner shall identify themselves by producing and exhibiting their authority in writing signed by the commissioner.
