427.5.1 Accessory use nonproduction laboratories.

BC § 427.5.1

Accessory use nonproduction laboratories occupying an area not more than 10 percent of the area of the story in which such laboratories are located and not exceeding the tabular values in Sections 504 and 506 for the allowable height or area for such use shall be classified according to the main occupancy. Such accessory nonproduction laboratories shall comply with the provisions of Section 427.
