415.1 Scope.

BC § 415.1

The provisions of Sections 415.1 through 415.11 shall apply to the storage and use of hazardous materials in excess of the maximum allowable quantities per control area listed in Section 307.1. Buildings and structures with an occupancy in Group H shall also comply with the applicable provisions of the New York City Fire Code and Section 414 of this code including, but not limited to, location and installation provisions.
