414.6.1.3 Noncombustible construction.

BC § 414.6.1.3

The overhead structure shall be of approved noncombustible construction with a maximum area of 1,500 square feet (140 m 2 ). Exception: The maximum area is permitted to be increased as provided by Section 506.
