406.10 Curb cuts and driveways.

BC § 406.10

Except where specifically provided for in the New York City Zoning Resolution, all curb cuts and driveways shall be constructed in accordance with Sections 406.10.1 and 406.10.2. All sidewalks and driveways or portions thereof that are structurally supported shall be designed for loads prescribed in Chapter 16.
