404.5 Smoke control.

BC § 404.5

A smoke control system shall be installed in accordance with Section 909. Exception: In other than Groups I-1 and I-2, and covered mall buildings containing an atrium pursuant to Section 402.7.2, smoke control is not required for atriums that connect only two stories.
