BC § 402.4.1.2

Anchor buildings shall be of Type I, II or IV construction. The height of anchor buildings, of Type IIB construction, shall be limited to one story. The allowable height and area of anchor buildings greater than three stories in height shall comply with Section 503, as modified by Sections 504 and 506.
