3319.10 Worker training.

BC § 3319.10

The training of workers engaged in the erection, jumping, or dismantling of a tower crane, including the licensed rigger and the rigger foreman, shall be in accordance with the requirements of Section 3319.10.1 and 3319.10.2. Exceptions: The requirements of this section shall not apply to: 1. The installation of a tower crane foundation, anchor stool, and first mast section.

2.The assembly or disassembly of a self-erecting tower crane, provided workers engaged in the assembly/disassembly operation have been trained in accordance with rules promulgated by the commissioner.
