BC § 3316.3.1

In addition to the requirements of Section 3301.8, the operator of a hoisting machine shall immediately notify the department, in a form and manner acceptable to the commissioner, of any incident involving the use of the hoisting machine, or of any damage to adjoining property caused by the use of the hoisting machine.
