3314.4.4.8 Non-combustible construction.

BC § 3314.4.4.8

With the exception of the planking, the following scaffolds shall be constructed of non-combustible materials: 1. Exterior scaffolds exceeding 75 feet (22 860 mm) in height.

2.Interior scaffolds exceeding 21 feet (6401 mm) in height.

3.All scaffolds used in the alteration, repair, or partial demolition of buildings in Occupancy Groups I-1 to I-4.
