3314.10.4 Outrigger beam stabilization.

BC § 3314.10.4

The inboard ends of the suspended scaffold outrigger beam shall be stabilized by bolts or other direct connections to the floor or roof deck, or they shall have their inboard ends stabilized by counterweights. Exception: Multipoint adjustable suspended scaffolds shall not be stabilized by counterweights.
