BC § 3310.8.5

Any equipment brought onto the job that requires permits, as well as a description of the equipment, where it is to be located, permit number, issue and expiration date of the permit, and certificate of inspection, if required, shall be entered on a separate permit log that shall be maintained at the site by the site safety manager or coordinator and kept at the site.
