3310.8.3.1 Spot checks.

BC § 3310.8.3.1

The safety manager or coordinator shall personally perform spot checks of the site on a regular basis throughout the day for compliance with the site safety plan, the tenant or occupant protection plan, the requirements of this chapter, and any rules promulgated thereunder.
