3310.8.2.1.2 Notification of construction superintendent.

BC § 3310.8.2.1.2

For a job that requires a construction superintendent, upon notification of the above conditions to the department, the site safety manager or coordinator shall notify the construction superintendent of the condition and that notification has been made to the department.
