3310.8 Site safety manager's and coordinator's duties.

BC § 3310.8

The site safety manager or coordinator shall monitor compliance with the site safety plan, the tenant or occupant protection plan, and the requirements of this chapter and any rules promulgated thereunder by performing the duties required by Sections 3310.8.1 through 3310.8.5 and by performing all other safety duties assigned by the owner or general contractor to meet legal requirements.
