The competent person designated in accordance with Section 3308.4 shall supervise the temporary removal and reinstallation of unenclosed perimeter protection, including all ancillary activities, such as preparing the area for the removal of the unenclosed perimeter protection, and shall ensure compliance with the requirements of Section 3308.10.
